I have been studying guitar from scratch with Damien Redmond for the last two years and he has been an inspiration to me. I have just passed my Grade 4 in acoustic guitar, which says it all really. As I have become more confident in my playing ability, I have moved into songwriting and I hope that one day I can become a successful singer/songwriter. Damien has offered me lots of opportunities to participate in band workshops and his confidence in me gives me confidence in myself.   When I started. I was very nervous and not very confident. Slowly, Damien without seemingly,
  made me more confident and relaxed. I have just passed RGT grade 4 with a distinction.
  Damien will teach in a way you don't realise you have been taught - in a very laid back way.
